Panhead rocker arm finned covers are the exact reproduction of the "Atlas" products company of Detroit. Fin mounts over thin steel "D" rings on Panheads. The fin mounts with a drilled and tapped hole at each end. The head must be drilled at those two points for screws that attach the finned D-Ring covers. In the D-Ring mount pattern, the three center screws are covered by the fin, as it is dimpled to fit over the three screw heads.
